PRODUCTION COORDINATOR:
Under direct supervision of the Producer, this position is responsible for assisting with scheduling, coordinating, tracking and communicating projects. In addition, this position may assist in organizing and managing various communications and elements in preparation for meetings.

1. Assist in the coordination of production schedules.
2. Assist with entering information for budgetary tracking purposes including Purchase Orders, Travel Requests and Expense Reports
3. Attend production meetings and record and communicate project updates and status to production crew.
4. Maintain production crew list and contact information of freelance staff.
5. Assist artists in assembling demo material once project is completed.
6. Schedule screenings, daily’s and conference rooms per production needs
7. Review all data and track against budget
8. Quality check dubs and update and review postings.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 2 years production experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of how to operate and perform general maintenance functions on all office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.).
